Your everyday life
In the role of Maintenance Manager you will lead the daily maintenance work in the factory with sustainability and cost efficiency in focus. The goal is to maintain a high level of service both internally and externally and to exercise good leadership where you develop your employees. You will be responsible for the maintenance staff and the team will work together to improve production through continuous improvement, increased reliability and standardization of maintenance work on the machines. You will also ensure that production complies with relevant laws, permits and regulations. The work includes contact with other production facilities within the group.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is attracted by a job that is permeated by a sustainability and improvement mindset. You are driven to develop both teams and processes and therefore have good communication skills. You are courageous, inspiring and reliable. You have previous experience in management and planning of maintenance work, you are a mechanical engineer or have other experience combined with education that is deemed equivalent. You have a good technical understanding and system knowledge as well as a good command of Swedish and English, both written and spoken. As a person, you have a good ability to establish long-term relationships at different levels in the organisation and you are happy to exchange experience, information and ideas with others. You are available to help others and strive for the best solutions.
